Always enjoy the vibe of this restaurant and the food! Great place to go solo or with a party of two. Not as many larger tables for 5+. Have went around 11 or 12 on Saturdays and each time I have been able to get a table for two without a wait. Food is fairly average priced for Seattle - anywhere from $10 to $20 a meal. Servers seem busy, but they always check in and make sure you have everything you need. They are not as hands on, but get the job done.

East coast: Toast with eggs, salmon and onion on top with side of potatoes. Nothing too fancy about this dish, but it was great for a breakfast/brunch wake up.

Avocado & pepper jack omelet: Pretty bland, so the hot sauce provided was needed for the dish. Came with toast and potatoes.

French Toast: This was great! Loved the use of fruits in the French toast and would get again. They have options to add protein or extra things to the plate.

Pancakes of the Day: Pretty basic pancakes with Nutella! Nothing too special, but the presentation was nice!

This place can get busy and have a bit of a wait. The food was good, service was decent. Three of us walked in while on a search for coffee. I had the pancakes with bacon and eggs, it was good, no complaints. My wife had the eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast. She had ordered her eggs scrambled with cheese, but they forgot the cheese. The toast was very dry and hard, she couldn't eat that. My dad had the same thing as me and he also liked his. So, 2 out of 3 of us were satisfied. Overall: Good food, a little pricey.

Great brunch. Super nice staff. Great food. The pancakes are delicious! Lovely mimosa choices and the marinated carrots in the Bloody Mary are amazing! We are from out of town and loved it so much we came back again the next day.

There were 8 in our group and everyone ordered different plates.  Every plates was great...sorry no pictures.  We came straight from the airport. Great service and it didn't take long for the food.  Cute small place.

One of my new favorite brunch places in Cap Hill! I was tired of the same places around me, and I was scrolling through Yelp and came across Americana. It is quaint and cozy, and the service was fast. The menu was one of the best I've seen, and I opted for the Maple Glazed Pork Belly. I loved everything about this dish! The pork belly was crispy, sweet, savory, and decadent. The fatty bits melt in your mouth, and the cornmeal pancakes were perfect. The scrambled eggs were good also, I loved the herbs in them. I am 100% coming back, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for solid brunch in the area.
